Real Estate Listing and Transaction Manager

Are you a highly organized and self\-motivated individual with a passion for real estate? Our dynamic and growing real estate team is seeking a full\-time Listing and Transaction Manager to provide comprehensive support across various critical functions. This is a fantastic opportunity for a licensed Oregon real estate professional to play a pivotal role in our team's success.

Responsibilities:

As our Executive Assistant, you'll be instrumental in keeping our operations running smoothly. Your key responsibilities will include:

* Transaction Coordination: Managing all aspects of real estate transactions from contract to close, ensuring all deadlines are met, and communicating effectively with clients, agents, and vendors. You'll love keeping everything on track and meeting those crucial timelines!

* Listing Coordination: Preparing listing agreements, coordinating photography and staging, entering listings into the MLS, and maintaining accurate listing information.

* Social Media Management: Developing and executing engaging social media content strategies to promote listings, team brand, and market insights across various platforms.

* Marketing Support: Assisting with the creation and distribution of marketing materials, including flyers, brochures, email campaigns, and direct mailers.

* Administrative Support: Providing general administrative assistance to the team, including scheduling, correspondence, data entry, and file management.

Qualifications:

* Oregon Real Estate License is REQUIRED.

  • Minimum of
  • 3 years of experience in a real estate administrative or coordination role.

  • Proven expertise in real estate transaction and listing coordination.
  • * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and loves managing timelines to ensure everything stays on schedule.

    * Customer\-focused with a commitment to providing exceptional service and clear communication.

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask effectively and prioritize in a fast\-paced environment.
  • Proficient in real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Compensation:

    This full\-time position offers a competitive hourly wage of $25 per hour.
