Job Summary
We are seeking a high level, detail\-oriented and organized Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office. This role involves a variety of tasks including clerical duties, data entry, and customer service, making it essential for maintaining a smooth workflow and positive office environment.
Duties
- Handle customer calls and schedule appointments for team members.
- Handle data entry with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting visitors and answering phone calls with proper phone etiquette.
- Proofread documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
- Managing incoming emails, calls and text messages that come into the office.
- Support team members with various administrative tasks to enhance productivity.
- Pest Control experience or knowledge is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience office environment is required.
- Proficiency in computer software applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Familiarity with scheduling is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- A proactive approach to problem\-solving and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
