As a Digital Call Center Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will use your superior communication and problem\-solving skills to provide exceptional service, resolve issues, and leave a lasting positive impression on our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers, responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product support.
- Utilize our digital platform to assist customers with online purchases, transactions, and technical issues.
- Navigate multiple screens and systems while on call to accurately answer questions and provide efficient service.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed performance metrics for customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.
- 1\-2 years of experience in customer service or call center role.
- Proficiency in using computer software and systems.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi\-task and work in a fast\-paced environment.
- Strong problem\-solving and decision\-making skills.
- A passion for providing exceptional customer service.
- Availability to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
