Immediate Hiring – Lead BCBA Opportunity
We’re urgently seeking a highly motivated Lead Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our clinical team. This flexible, hybrid position supports both full\-time and part\-time scheduling preferences and offers the opportunity to make a lasting impact in the lives of children and families.
As a Lead BCBA, you’ll provide clinical oversight for a manageable caseload, supervise behavior therapists, support quality assurance efforts, mentor junior clinicians, and help guide family\-centered care planning across our EIDBI services.

Responsibilities
- Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop Individualized Treatment Plans (ITPs) per EIDBI standards
- Provide supervision and clinical direction to Level I–III providers and behavior therapists
- Deliver family and caregiver training (Codes: 97156, 97157\)
- Participate in Coordinated Care Conferences with interdisciplinary teams
- Maintain treatment integrity through ongoing data review and plan adjustments
- Mentor team members and support onboarding and training efforts
- Ensure compliance with DHS and Medicaid documentation and billing standards
- Flexible hybrid service delivery (in\-person and telehealth)
- Administrative support for intake, scheduling, and authorizations
- Access to a HIPAA\-compliant electronic health record system
