Administrative Assistant

Granite Garage Floors is a growing home improvement franchise headquartered in Lincoln, NE. We market, sell, and install a premium product into higher\-end residential homes and commercial properties.

This is a new position that will support the company with the objective of making the organization run more efficiently and effectively. This is a cross\-functional role that will support the company across various sales, marketing, operations, and customer service initiatives. This individual will be responsible for driving consistency across the company’s Nebraska location. It will be mostly a remote position, with some on\-site work based on business needs.

Key responsibilities include digital marketing, data analysis, and customer interface, along with various project management initiatives that asupport the organization. This individual will report to the company owner.

We are seeking an individual that is ready to join a growing entrepreneurial organization with a national footprint. This individual must be self\-motivated, dependable, and flexible ,with the ability to manage and advance multiple projects concurrently. This is a ground\-floor opportunity that may lead toward increased responsibility, based on performance and company growth.

  • Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry or administrative experience in a fast\-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in software platforms\- Word, Excel, Email Marketing, CRM, Google
  • Must live in the Lincoln or Omaha area
  • Reliable transportation
  • Benefits:

  • Part\-time or full\-time hours, depending on candidate's skills and ability to learn
  • Competitive hourly rate or salary

  • Job Types: Full\-time, Part\-time

    Pay: $20\.00 \- $24\.00 per hour

    Expected hours: 15 – 40 per week
