We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front office. Responsibilities
- Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors and answering phone systems promptly and professionally.
- Oversee administrative tasks such as data entry, file management, and proofreading documents to ensure accuracy.
- Provide exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and coordinate with vendors for necessary orders.
- Assist in scheduling appointments and managing calendars for team members as a personal assistant when needed.
- Ensure the front office area is organized, clean, and presentable at all times.
- Utilize Google Suite for various administrative functions, including document creation, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Train and supervise front desk staff to ensure high standards of service are maintained.
- Proven experience in an office management or administrative role, preferably in a front desk capacity.
- Proficiency in Google Suite and general computer literacy is essential for this position.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required for effective interaction with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with office equipment and phone systems is preferred.
